We welcome you to Quail Valley Hunt Club, and appreciate your membership and look forward to getting you in the fields this season. A few things that need to be communicated about your membership and operations at QVHC.

 

A waiver release will be signed before you or any guest are allowed to hunt on the property.

 

To schedule a hunt time, contact our Hunt Club Manager, Don Milligan, at (931) 685-4628. We request that you schedule at least 24 hours in advance to your hunt. Hunting times are a first come first, served basis, just because you want that specific time does not guarantee you a slot. It’s important to schedule your hunts with as much advance notice as possible.

 

For those with individual memberships, we are now offering the option to bring guests that are not family members for a $150 guest fee (per guest, per day). The birds will be deducted from the individual’s membership.

 

Additional birds may be added to a membership once all membership birds have been used, at a cost of $12 per quail.

 

We also offer bird cleaning to all of our guests for $1 per bird.
